During this visit, he met Mrs. Sheikha Haya Rashed Al Khalifa, President of the 61st Session of UN General Assembly, Mr. Leo Mérorès, Vice-President of ECOSOC and Haitian Ambassador at the UN, and Mr. José Antonio Ocampo, UN Under-Secretary-General. This successful visit allowed to strengthen links between AICESIS and the UN, reinforce their mutual comprehension, and to extend AICESIS action.
