The ESC is involved in the UN Roundtable on "Balance and Sustainability: Chinese Civil Organizations Support Global Development Agenda" held at UN offices in New York (United States) on 18 September 2015.

Regional capacity building workshop in cooperation with ILO and the ESC of Benin

Implementation by the Cotonou GA (Benin, September 2016) of the AICESIS working group on the 2017 International Labor Conference topic “Labour Migration”. The Greek OKE has been designated rapporteur of this topic. The 1st note has been sent to all at the end of February.

At the invitation of Dr. Martha Theodorou, AICESIS Chargée de Mission in communication, the ESC of Lebanon drafted a note on the national social dialogue.

Annual meeting of the EU ESCs Presidents and SG and the European ESC on “Future of work and social rights in a mutating Europe” in Madrid (Spain) on October 6-7. Final version of the conclusions was approved.

Participation of the SG in the International Forum of Rabat on “The role of ESCs-SIs in sustainable environmental transition” and focused on climate justice. Eight ESCs attended this forum: Algeria, Benin, Spain, France, Greece, Mali, Morocco and Senegal.
